DO YOU RETURN/EXCHANGE?
at this time, due to the custom nature of our pieces, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please contact us if you receive an item that is defective or incorrect. We will evaluate how to proceed on a case by case basis.Please email email@example.com with your situation and we will help to resolve it!
HOW LONG IS SHIPPING?
We charge $8 for all domestic packages for order totals under $100. The package should arrive in 5-7 days, shipped via USPS First Class, once shipped. Processing time is currently 1-3 weeks due to each piece being handmade to order.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
While we hope that your package makes it to you, once it is in the hands of USPS, it is out of our control. We recommend contacting USPS in the case of a lost package as they are sometimes recovered and delivered. Being a small business, We are unable to offer refunds for packages lost in the mail.
