All Charlie & Claire’s pieces are handmade to order.
Because each item is created just for you, please allow 7–14 business days for production before your order ships. During new launches or high-volume drops, processing times may be slightly extended. Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information via email. We promise it’s worth the wait!
Our tees and sweatshirts feature a relaxed, unisex fit unless otherwise noted on the product page.
If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more oversized look. Need help choosing? Contact us — we’re happy to assist.
We offer $8 flat rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, as we are unable to make changes once production begins.
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.
Whether it’s a girls’ trip, bridal party, family vacation, school event, team apparel, business merch, or something totally unique, we’d love to bring your vision to life. Please contact us directly to discuss details, timelines, and minimums. Custom orders require approval and may have adjusted turnaround times.
