SHIPPING POLICY
We offer flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders. Each piece is carefully packaged to make sure it arrives safely and in perfect condition. Because many of our items are handmade to order, we strive to create and prepare your pieces within one week of purchase before shipment. Once ready, orders typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details. We want you to shop with confidence knowing your order is made with care and handled with intention every step of the way. If you have special shipping requests, feel free to reach out — we’ll always do our best to accommodate you.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Because each Charlie & Claire’s piece is made with care and intention, we do not offer returns or exchanges due to the handmade and limited nature of our items. We hope you absolutely love your purchase, and we encourage you to review sizing details and product descriptions before ordering to ensure the perfect fit. That said, we stand behind the quality of everything we create. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your item, please reach out to our customer service team within 5 days of delivery. We’re always happy to help and will work with you to make it right.
